New Buttons & Lunacy

After spending a little time several hours trying to figure out how to add social media buttons to the blog, I finally nailed it!  Check ‘em out over there to the right!  And be impressed, or at least pretend to be impressed.
And what better way to announce my fancy new buttons than to say, first, follow me everywhere, but also, follow me on Pinterest, because I’ve gone borderline batshit crazy this morning and started a pinboard for Benjamin’s first birthday.  You know, the one that’s over 6 months away? 
I’m thinking nautical – yes, his birthday is in November and that’s really more a summer theme, but I love nautical things  – the colors, the icons (anchors, sailboats, oh my!), everything!  Plus, we spend a lot of time at the beach, and could possibly be living there this summer depending on when our house sells, so I might go for it this year.  If not this year, then next!

I should be focusing on more important things, like the laundry that’s sitting in the machine, waiting for the dryer, or getting ready for a Cinco de Mayo double date tonight, or cleaning the house before MIL gets here to watch Benjamin for said double date, but no, I’m spending all my very limited Ben-is-napping time on an event that’s months away.  Crazy.  But I love it!
